- USD 472 per 20 foot (current: USD 364)
- USD 590 per 40 / 45 foot container (current: USD 455)

IFS:
- $64 per container for all cargo moved via motor transport (current: USD 55)
- $222 per container for all cargo moved via rail or via combined rail/truck transport (current: USD 190)
