Change of IFS & BAF from / to USA Shipment

Dear Customer,
Pls be informed the below.
1. IFS (Inland fuel surcharge)
- $49 per container for all cargo moved via motor transport (Truck only)
- $169 per container for all cargo moved via rail or via combined rail/truck transport.
- Effetive from April 1st, 2006
2. BAF
- USD 436 per 20 foot
- USD 545 per 40 / 45 foot container
- Effective from April 1st, 2006
