JAPAN, CHINA, HONG KONG, TAIWAN AND KOREA TO AUSTRALIA
SOUTH BOUND RATE RESTORATION
PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE
Member lines of the Asia Australia Discussion Agreement (AADA)
wish to advise the trade that they will implement the following
RR(Rate Restoration) and PSS (Peak Season Surcharge) in
2010 :-
• RR of US$250/TEU and US$500/TEU on 15th July, 2010
• PSS of US$300/TEU and US$600/FEU in August , 2010
(Not applicable for Japan)
• RR of US$250/TEU and US$500/FEU on 15th September, 2010
• RR of US$250/TEU and US$500/FEU on 15th October, 2010
The above RR and PSS, which will be applicable to all dry and
refrigerated shipments with origins in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan
and Hong Kong to ports and points in Australia, will be levied in
addition to prevailing market rates and will be subject to all ancillary
charges applicable at the time of shipment.
