NLAND FUEL SURCHARGE (IFS) IN USA

Dear Customer,
Due to rising diesel fuel prices, the carriers in USA are announced that following new surcharge (IFS) will be effective October 01, 2005.
1) $46 per container for all cargo moved via motor transport (Truck only)
2) $158 per container for all cargo moved via rail or via combined rail/truck
transport.
