September / October - USA BAF & IFS

Dear Customers,
1. We were advised from the carriers that imposed BAF application for the month of September 1st 2006 US to Asia will be as follows:
- USD 508 per 20 foot
- USD 635 per 40 or greater
(will not change further notice on October)
2. Surcharge will be set to the following levels, HD USA are announced that Inland Fuel Surcharges will be effective each September 01 / October 01, 2006.
- $67 / $70 per container for all cargo moved via all motor transport (Truck only)
- $232 / $243 per container for all cargo moved via all rail or via combined rail/truck move
